Who are these classes for?
Licensed pros and advanced students looking to level up hair techniques and professional development.
Are there prerequisites?
No strict prerequisites. We just ask you come ready to learn and arrive on time and prepare to stay for the duration of the class.
Are these live classes, and who teaches them?
Yes—all classes are live and interactive. You can ask questions in real time and get feedback from the instructor.
Classes are led by well-respected, working industry pros—from brand/product-line educators to well-known, award-winning stylists. Every instructor is vetted for expertise and teaching ability.
Do I need a model or mannequin?
For hair techniques, expect a look-and-learn format with live multi-angle close-ups so you don’t miss a detail.
Do these classes count toward continuing education credit?
Yes. Each class lists Credit Hours and is applicable for those in licensed in Illinois yet all classes are open to all hair care professionals.
If you're licensed elsewhere, please check with your state's licensing body if the credits will apply.
A completion certificate is emailed to all participants who attend for the entire length of the class.
Where is the class and when should I arrive?
Your registration is for live online (virtual) attendance via Zoom. However, if you are in the Chicagoland area and want to attend in person, please call (773) 734-6268 at least three days in advance to make arrangements. We are located on the south side of Chicago.

Registration & Payment
Can I register for more than one class at once?
Absolutely! You can add multiple classes to your cart and check out in one transaction.
Will I get a receipt and confirmation?
Yes—instant email confirmation with your order details and Zoom link for your login the day of class. You’ll also get a reminder before class.
Do I need to create an account to register?
Yes. Creating an account lets you view/print receipts later.
What’s your refund/cancellation policy?
All registrations are final. Because our classes are live, limited-capacity, and include informational/digital materials that are considered consumed upon purchase and access, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
However, if we cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund.
Do you offer a multi-month schedule or a Class Pass?
Yes. We release a multi-month class calendar each year, and we offer a limited-quantity Class Pass with special pricing at the start of the year. It’s the best deal if you plan to attend multiple sessions.
